Scope of Work

The project involved stabilizing the home’s foundation by digging holes, lifting the house with hydraulic jacks, and installing concrete piers with 2x10 beams. New water lines were run, and rotted joists were replaced. The flooring was upgraded with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), offering both durability and style. A new vanity with a sleek sink was installed, complementing the updated design. We kept the original tub surround to maintain the familiar, comforting feel that the client loves. These thoughtful updates enhanced both the home's structure and aesthetic appeal, tailored to her taste. The best part, another satisfied customer!
