Scope of Work

This bathroom renovation was completed for a client who desired a cozy, farmhouse-inspired space with clean, modern touches. The project began with full demolition of the existing finishes, followed by the installation of durable and stylish luxury vinyl tile squares (LVT) that mimic the look of classic tile while offering comfort and easy maintenance. We installed beadboard wainscoting throughout the space to bring in warmth and texture, then painted the walls and trim in a rich, timeless blue to create a bold yet inviting atmosphere. A new pre-manufactured vanity featuring beadboard-style doors was selected to complement the overall look, along with thoughtfully chosen fixtures and finishes. All new hardware was installed, including the showerhead, sink faucets, and tub fixtures, to ensure a cohesive and refreshed design. The project was designed by Sarah with HFC in close collaboration with the client, and the end result is a bathroom that beautifully blends comfort, charm, and timeless style.
