The Scope of Work

Every fixer-upper comes with its own set of challenges, and ours was no different. From replacing outdated plumbing and tackling rotten floor joists to repairing damaged drywall, we faced plenty of obstacles. But the real showstopper? Removing a load-bearing wall and installing an LVL beam to keep the structure standing strong, all supported by custom concrete footers. It was a massive undertaking, but it's these bold moves that allowed us to reimagine the space, and make it functional for our growing family.
