The Scope of Work

For this project, we removed all the laminate flooring, as well as the 12x12 tile in one bathroom, and took out all the baseboards and shoe molding. During the process, we encountered a small issue with the subfloor due to water damage, which resulted in some rotted wood. We promptly addressed and repaired the damage before moving forward with the installation of this beautiful, timeless 12x24 porcelain tile.
